Looks unreal, great proportions, what a distinct language.

Theyre gonna do well with this with taste makers and high society if they get everything around the vehicle tightened up.

Jaguar doesn't have any traditional customers left so it's totally fine for them to market to a new buyer base at this point in time.

That being said, I don't expect this to be very successful at all... high end EV sedan market is quite saturated and depreciates at an even higher rate than ICE cars. Style will sell for 1 year.

Sedans in general aren't doing great, so the SUV version of this will be interesting.

Maybe, but I am not convinced it is going to sell (to Jaguar's traditional customers).

I totally agree, if they had any traditional buyers, thus my corpses comment.

if they can fix tech quality and reliability in the process, even better

people are focusing on marketing campaign that went wrong, what went wrong is that in many markets, Jaguar does not have any vehicles to sell anymore.

Even in camo the silhouette looks better than Celestiq which is three times more expensive. Nothing to take away from Celestiq, that thing has tones of little devil details and they really did drop tens of thousands of hours just to integrate all the little stuff into the whole thing. Cadillac is still king of lighting theater, what they are doing with deco exterior lighting is miles ahead compared to anyone else. Truly an contemporary art in itself. But when you look at Celestiq as a whole its not monumental enough for that price range. They softened it too much. Hood graphics are like they came from Acura.

Anyway I think Jag has something here as long as they don't botch interior but they will need whole lot of luck to move these. Market shifts are too rapid and car development is too slow so its a game of spin the wheel & hope to win a deal right now.

I simply don't get super expensive BEV's... For those who can afford it, do they really want all the fuss about charging, charging locations, charging time....

The beauty of BEVs is that they are extremely quiet. Not everyone wants a noisy sportscar.
