So are you sure this a recall, as according to tesla pundits everything with tesla is just a software update. Tesla needs to sue the proverbial balls off big bad Nhtsa for confusing the buying public for a recall that can be fixed with a software update vs a recall with an actual part being replaced, becaause elon said recalls dont count if the prior.
