Lexus Tops American Customer Satisfaction Index Automotive Ranking


After a disappointing result last year, Lexus has once again returned to the top of the American Customer Satisfaction Index‘s annual ranking of automakers, scoring 87 out of 100 (tying with parent company Toyota & Cadillac).

The annual auto rankings are based on 5,000 surveys, with each company’s score determined by 250 telephone consumer interviews.

That's very nice.. But Lexus should not tie.. But to exceed like they usually domin everything..
