Cool video! How long does it typically take to manufacture a wheel?

I'm behind...might try an iPhone video for now....its really not that loud outside the car, the best sound to me is upon initial startup and idling, which is hard to capture. Revving it, it really doesn't sound amazing, just louder.

Hi, it depends...from start to finish from 4-6 weeks. The actual mill time depends on the design of the wheel.

I've installed new Nitto Invo tires... 255/30/22 and 295/25/22....so at this point I've tried


245/30/22 & 285/25/22 (Pirelli)
255/30/22 & 295/25/22 (Nitto)
265/30/22 & 305/25/22 (Pirelli)

I will provide driving impressions of each size.

In addition it will be soon time to take her back to stock and return her in the spring....I am still completely undecided on what is next..how time flies!

Short clip we put together at Vossen.... (Thanks Dela)! Install was a breeze..After a couple of days I am in LOVE....

1. Wife noticed it... "Hey whats up with your car is sounds louder"
2. 2 year old noticed...only in the RC F and other sports cars does he go "Vrrrom Vrrooom when the car starts".....he did it for the first time in the LS
3. The LS actually SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING! At idle it has a low rumble, finally showcasing it has a nice big V-8..under constant throttle it also has a nice sound but not overbearing, it is still a LS 460.
4. Much quicker throttle response I note, including being able to rev into redline!

Hey I know this thread has been dead for a minute, but my Dad came across your YouTube video and was trying to order from another vendor that supposedly supplies Fujisubo exhaust systems. Would you happen to know the part number or the series name of this specific exhaust you installed for this LS460? Any idea what AWD fitment would entail or if there are any differences? Thanks

Hi. The Fujitsubo exhaust was a one off made for me in titanium as I have a great personal relationship. I now have a one off on my LC 500.

I am unsure on RWD vs AWD fitment differences. I assume it should be the same.
