Toyota is 25mm longer (font bumper) and 10mm lower (suspension settings), and a lot more good looking!
But given the latest rumors about a possible delay I was expecting some power difference to be honest...
Either way, it should improve on the GT86 amazing formula... Hope it sells well to buy a used one to pair with a BEV.

Will come down to price...great car, but if it comes too close to the new Z, where will most buyers go?

I’m just so happy there is a second generation. A few a years ago, I was part of a skunkworks enthusiast meet I helped host for Tada-San in Miami 6 years ago. It was so quiet, Toyota only knew at the last minute. There the current FR-S/BRZ enthusiasts were asked what they wanted to see in a possible second gen. Mind you, the car wasn’t green lighted yet.
I tire off all the internet bitching when a new coupe comes out. It’s so hard to get them approved. The collab makes it possible. It has more power etc every one asked for. If you what 300hp, to buy a Supra!!! It took a great deal to get these cars approved!

I took TADA San for bbq that night I think. Next to his is Kishi-San who was also a big past of development and next to me is Moto-Miwa, a legend in the AE86/FRS and JDM space.

Maybe a GR MN version?
It looks to have wider black part on the front bumper... Just like the rumored Supra GRMN:
The crazy GR Yaris also have a wider black part on the front bumper:
Perhaps it’s the GRMN 86 on the pictures and under that blue cover.
I’m guessing some brembo brakes, better suspension, sportier seats, Alcântara steering wheel and new exhaust system... around the same power output.
