I thought this was interesting…. Signia sits higher like a crosstour without the dumb sloping roof. XC90 and signia share some shape similarities as volvo is still more wagon looking. XC90 is beautiful still.
Interesting to see so many heights variations here

I saw it on the road for the first time the other day. It’s very handsome and looks upscale. I wish they produced more units. The “Crown Sport” and “Crown Sedan” in Japan are the best looking out of the four and somehow they decided that these should not be brought over to stateside. The J300 should have also made it over here as a Telluride/Pallisade competitor.

Yeah I still have it and now i’m noticing some cool design details. It’s certainly handsome.

I wish it had the optional awd and engine in the crown platinum for a hot wagon feel.

Cargo room is solid, about 70 cubes with the seats down and they fold flat with a nice extension over the foot wells. The car is about 195 inches long so imagine a first generation GS wagon which was about the same length .

For all intents and purposes this thing is pretty much perfect as a family vehicle for those that don’t want a crossover. Driving it like how my parents would lol. it works wonderfully. 240hp is just enough with 4200lbs and the CVT doesn’t was smooth. Just buzzy and loud flooring it. Otherwise for around time it’s fine. There are paddle shifters

The interior is superb at this price point. It looks great and works well. I do wish for more cubby space and cargo nets for stuff. No HUD and it’s not an option.

I averaged 33MPG but I idled a lot for shoots and things and was driving aggressive sometimes trying to sort it out. It doesn’t want or like being pushed so don’t bother. I do wonder what some RS-R coilovers and ditching runflats can do.

Overall I really really enjoyed and liked it for what it is and for its target.

It looks pretty brilliant. In an ideal world, this crown sub-brand would fill the "toyota+" niche and Lexus can start putting out stuff worthy of the badge, properly competing against Merc, BMW, Audi, and more importantly Porsche.

I've been holding out on all of you, but we've had this for about a month now and couldn't be happier. Averaging about 44MPG. Tech is awesome. Luxury is really impressive and we cross shopped NX and RX before buying... hard to justify either of those when you've driven a Crown Signia.

For value and initial expectations, this has been one of the most impressive cars we've ever bought. Cross shopped a few things and drove the Crown Signia on a whim, so it really wasn't planned but we have been so so happy with it.
