Following news of a 5-star safety rating in Europe, the Lexus CT 200h has also been named a “Top Safety Pick” by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in the USA.
This is the highest safety designation awarded by the IIHS, and requires a rating of “good” in front, side, rollover, and rear impact evaluations (plus be equipped with electronic stability control.)
