Judging by many of the spy shots.. I don't think it'll look anywhere near as good as the G30/F10/E38/E34... it's got a really really bloated middle section and a higher beltline.. The M5 might be fine cause it's finally getting a wide rear fender to mask some of the bloat.

So it looks like Audi's getting their styling act together and BMW's completely lost the plot.

No bueno. Overstyled front, bland side profile. And that rising beltline is just... yeesh. The new 5er is the unfortunate result of a ICE/BEV compromise platform, looking incredibly tall and especially bloated in the rear 3/4 area.
