Lexus has been named the top brand in J.D. Power’s 2020 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) study. The brand finished second last year.
The study examines owner satisfaction when visiting a dealership service department for maintenance or repair work — scoring is broken down into five categories: service quality, service initiation, service advisor, service facility, and vehicle pick-up.
Here’s how Lexus performed compared to the luxury average:

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! I thought it had no chance since the sister magazine in Germany had nothing good to say about the LC500 when it was reviewed and compared to the RS5.

Remember that this comes on top "Wards Top 10 interior award" in 2017.

The Lexus RC was voted the Russia Coupe of the Year in a massive online survey with over one million respondents. Voting took place from January to April, with more than a million people sharing their opinions on 20 different segments.
In 2018, Lexus set a new sales record in Russia with 24,312 new vehicles sold, an all-time high for the brand. As a result, Lexus market share in Russia reached 15.7% among premium car manufacturers, ranking third in the segment for the third year in a row.
The RX crossover was the top selling Lexus model last year, with 9,781 units sold — this was good enough for 24.4% marketshare and top spot in the Premium SUV segment.

Lexus was the top brand in the 2019 J.D. Power Resale Value Awards with six models leading their respective segments. The study measures the best resale value following three years of ownership.
The Lexus CT hatchback, RC coupe, GS sedan, NX crossover, RX crossover, and LX SUV all scored first in resale value. The IS sedan and GX SUV both saw a top three finish as well.
For the 2019 award process, 256 vehicle models were evaluated using a sample of more than 630,000 transactions with an average of 2,400 transactions assessed on each vehicle.
