I don’t think the 8 is listed in that category of sports cars. It is like a fake S Coupe.

Basically they were saying a refresh coming 2024 model year focuses primarily on multimedia and LSS update (Lexus interface).

This means that the screen will protrude with Lexus-style fat bezels all around lol?
Man I just hope it will look the way it was presented in its concept form (exclude the right bezel)......not some ugly tablet with huge a$$ borders slapped onto the dash like the LS that basically ruined the whole interior

Just wanted to share these images from IG of this gorgeous LC500 in Japan. So damn beautiful, I love it contemporary Japanese design and the background sets the photo so well. I love the LC 500 so much, hopefully can afford one in the future.

Mike can you share your views of the first LC you had vs the more recent model years, particularly around suspension? Also any opinion on air suspension?

This was a wild render from a Japanese publication in 2018 of the LC500 convertible... with LEDs mounted on top of the headlights Wonder if this was a planned design theme for a facelift LC that got cancelled since Lexus has started adopting the top-mounted LED design now.

A real pity the 2GR hybrid is always disregarded because it is compared to the 2UR. 2GR is way above every other mainstream (not supercar) plug-in hybrid (normal hybrids do not exist) in the performance tier. No car/powertrain comes as close to such a performance/fuel economy ratio as this one, except maybe the BMW B57 (diesel). Every other PHEV with V8 is obese and drinks more than 2UR when not in EV mode.

LS 600h in current gen would already make the LS more interesting. Don't know if it would be enough in this dying segment though.

Looking at what chevy has done, I can only drool at the thought of our V-8 matched with a hybrid and Direct 4 in the LC.. tho it would likely weigh 5000 lbs lol….
