With BMW alone among carmakers charging for Apple CarPlay usage ($80/year after an initial 12-month free trial, or $300 for a 20-year "subscription"), Supra fans have been wondering if the use of a BMW infotainment system would lead to similar charges for the Toyota sports car. Articles in Motor1 and Autoblog provide an answer of sorts: the MkV Toyota Supra will come with 4 years of free Apple CarPlay only on models with the larger 8.8" infotainment screen (Premium and Launch Edition grades), since the 6.5" display on base Supras is incompatible with Apple CarPlay. And after that 4-year period? It's a giant "we'll see", as Toyota has yet to determine what happens past that point.
There’s regular crazy and there’s Florida crazy. In the last day alone, we’ve seen terrestrial manatees, ass-eating bacteria, and blatant electricity theft all out of the Sunshine State. But all of that is nothing compared to the markup on this 2020 Supra.
Those that follow me on Facebook can see all the photos. This is owned by my friends at Titan Motorsports. I featured around 450hp and is lowered on KW Suspension and features 20" Vossen HF-3 Wheels. It is gorgeous.
