It does seem a little more subtle than Tundra/Sequoia... and I don't know why. But yea, good combo.I've been reading/watching a lot of the Tacoma TRD PRO reviews this week and more than one publication has called it the best truck in the class. I think that's pretty high praise since most of these reviewers have also driven the new Colorado and Ranger Raptor as well.
No doubt the price is a sticking point in every single review I've read, but I'm curious to see how "It's the best truck in it's class" vs. "it's too expensive" plays out in direct head-to-head comparisons, and most importantly, with shoppers.
One thing for sure: the Tacoma TRD PRO in Underground with the red interior is 🤤
Transverse mounted T24s use air to water intercooler. Longitudinal mounted T24s use air to air.I was watching one of TFL’s videos and they had a bare chassis that they were going over with the chief engineer. I noticed the T24 in the Tacoma uses an air to air intercooler. For some reason, I’ve been under the impression that the T24 uses an air to water intercooler like the V35. I actually prefer the air to air intercooler as it’s a much simpler, cheaper, and easier to repair system.
