I agree with you there. Here's some commentary on each size bracket you mention:
4m: Toyota Raize on DNGA. The Kolin, Czech Republic plant that currently builds the Toyota Aygo, Citroën C1 and Peugeot 108 is scheduled to be abandoned by PSA in 2021, leaving it as a solely Toyota facility. Around that point, a 3rd-gen Aygo (either solely developed by Toyota or as a Daihatsu collaboration) is due, and it's not much of a stretch to imagine an Aygo-derived crossover built there as well. The current Aygo itself, however, is just under 3.5 meters long.
4.2m: Toyota doesn't currently offer anything in that size bracket, but this would probably be where a TNGA-B (Yaris platform) crossover built in Valenciennes, France would fit in. (Although the latest Yaris itself is just under 4 meters long). For reference, 4.2 meters is the length of the 2nd-generation RAV4 4-door.
4.4m: The current C-HR (TNGA-C) is 4360mm long.
4.6m: The current RAV4 (TNGA-K) is 4595mm long.
i agree with you on that and maybe if we merge the rumors here and there regarding the Yaris CUV and the TJ cruiser production vehicle maybe, just maybe it will fell well inside this bracket
