Designing a nicer car is much easier than building a reliable one.

I was thinking if this was a redesign because it clearly has the hammerhead design but it has the chin of an 8th generation Camry so it should be a refresh.
But the rear is a bit more bulbous and looks more like a fastback. So could this be a redesign?

Interesting if that Prius/Crown Sport design flows through some of the line up.
Once of the better designs in years from Toyota/Lexus, and that includes the dashboard layouts.

One thing I want to say is the new Crown sedan is no longer bounded by a width limit of 1800mm unlike its predecessors, it's more suitable for markets outside of Japan than it has ever been, but then again China is also a left hand drive market, so all of you from the US and Canada probably shouldn't get too excited just yet.
