Blurred out design matches large sedan from this platform slide.

Also the clay models in the back are multiple, and appear modular.
Seems they are serious about these designs.

New sedan is longer and taller than the LFR rumored size.

I bet you the blurry one is a new LS and the one in the back is some full size LUV / LX replacement.

These are not to drawn to scale. The sedan is LF-ZC (HZ) and the LS replacement is LF-ZL.

Looking closer that looks like they are doing interior work with a functioning door on the left in the last picture.

The implied wheel size & wheelbase of the large sedan platform lines up nearly exactly with the new Rolls Royce Spectre.

Sitting in my LC, thinking about the RC F’s discontinuation makes me wonder how much longer the LC will last. Damn, I really don’t want to see a future where Lexus’s lineup is filled with nothing but boring EV SUVs

That's so much better than any German luxury car... Hopefully we will see Lexus coming back to this level.
I just don't see it happening right now. I will never write Lexus off, but I think we all need to be in acceptance mode that this is what Lexus is going to be right now.

Some new rumors from MagX indicating the LC is going to be getting some updates for next year.

  • Revised radiator grill (maybe something like what is pictured on the IS below)
  • Lexus lettering on the rear
  • Fixed wing

I'm worried those changes will take away from the design as opposed to improving it. The current LC500 is art.

I do wonder why the facelift for it with the revised taillights from the LCF spy shot got canned.

The LC’s design is timeless, no need for major changes to its exterior. A few subtle refinements to the interior would be enough to keep it fresh. Lexus should extend its lifecycle as long as possible.
