Lexus has ranked first overall in the latest NADA Dealer Attitude Survey conducted by the National Automobile Dealers Association.
The survey measures dealer satisfaction with their parent brand, including franchise value, automaker policies and regional field staff. Also covered is dealer input on product, product quality concerns, and advertising programs. Toyota was second, followed by Subaru, Honda, Porsche, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Jeep, and Audi.
Lexus has retained the top overall spot for the past three years, and has scored in the top five throughout the last six years. Lexus also had the highest survey participation, with 89% of its dealers completing the 2016 winter survey.
