Lexus USA has announced Monogram, a new retail program that integrates dealerships with a new online shopping portal. The service will allow customers to see local inventory alongside “real-time” pricing.

This really can not happen soon enough — online shopping/in-store pickup is a fact of life in these COVID times, and simplifying the car-buying experience is never a bad thing.
Monogram is currently offered at a small group of dealerships as a test program, and will expand to further markets in Spring 2021.
