Lexus Places First in 2013 J.D. Power Customer Service Index Study


For the fifth year in a row, Lexus has been named the top brand in J.D. Power’s 2013 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) study.

The study, which examines owner satisfaction when visiting a dealership service department for maintenance or repair work, uses five measures in its scoring: service quality, service initiation, service advisor, service facility, and vehicle pick-up.

Here’s how Lexus performed compared to the industry average:

Lexus led with an overall CSI score of 862, performing particularly well in service initiation, service facility and service quality.
