Brilliant Lexus CT 200h Launch Event in Dubai

Not to be too sensational, but this video from the Lexus CT 200h launch event in Dubai is easily one of the best car introductions I’ve ever seen:

Admittedly, it’s a little too long, but I can see why the designers would want to stretch it out — the colors, the soundtrack, the animations are all brilliant. This is the total package.

(I could be wrong, but it looks like the backdrop was a full LCD panel with a projector shining images onto the really there CT in sync — brilliant presentation.)

    Hey Josh. I am part of the Lexus team in UAE that planned and executed the above event. It definitely wasn't cheap, but instead of piling money into a banner ad or print campaign, we decided to do something different. It looks long on the clip, but in real life, it was pretty captivating.

Spectacular! That is the way to introduce a new model! The only way I knew the CT arrived here in DFW was to call dealerships. Even then they weren't sure if they had one or not. Sad.
