So, by now I guess most of you have seen the Hilux Champ based Rangga 7 seat SUV. I suspect this will replace the IMV versions of the Innova, and the Innova will be consolidated to the TNGA-C unibody variant.
The introduction of the Rangga makes me wonder if the rumors of an IMV based Land Cruiser Mini are wrong. What if all the talk about an IMV based SUV with a diesel and 2.7 gas engine were actually talking about the Rangga? It all kinda makes sense in my head. If this is true, then this opens the door to the LC Mini being TNGA-F or unibody based. I’m starting to think there’s a good chance we will see the LC Mini in the U.S. after all.
