Didn't they make a comment at the IS500 launch or associated interview about something much more suited to racing than the RCF is coming as a base vehicle?

Actually that "car" will be worse than LFA in every aspect aside from performance numbers. They have to make 20 of them in order to remain in WEC/ACO racing, so it's a pure race car legalized for the street.

I'm pretty sure there will be more than 20 units, but yes, it's a worthy spiritual successor to the LFA if we're talking flagships for the entire Toyota/Lexus brand.
