Stock audio problems 2016 es350

hello! I’m new here by the way. I recently purchased this 2016 Lexus es350. It’s one of the best cars I’ve owned honestly , but I’m having a little issue with the audio system. When I plug my phone in to charge also to listen to music through the usb sometimes it cuts out and I have to unplug it and plug it back in, does anyone know a fix for this or should I go to my local
Lexus shop? (Local as in an hour and a half away.)

Welcome @LexusRob231 ... I can empathize with you; my dealer is an hour away. Sorry I don't have a word toward a solution for you, but possibly one of our members can advise. I will say I learned the hard way, with cars being complex the way they are today, your best bet is always to consult the dealer. Best regards
