You know you're too Scandinavian for your own good when you watch that video and think:"fantastic car,but what the heck was that woman thinking driving in high heels?! That is so unsafe!!" ;-)
What if Lexus wanted to pass the message that, you don't have to sacrifice safety for fashion any more, or maybe highlight the accessible performance factor as a fundamental difference among Lexus and competition? Keep in mind that on the other side, there is an F-18, where high precision skills play a significant role to stay alive. I find this ad brilliant, as it seems that Lexus indirectly created a discussion about rivals becoming so powerful and scary, that their drivers must have the skills of a F-18 pilot fighter in order to survive!
