This is really intriguing! And I thought the NX concept was bold! All of these design elements ripple the imagination towards the future of design.

This is just a concept and not a moving vehicle; you can tell from the steering well being attached to the dashboard. Very interesting design elements though especially their use of hard rubber.

From what I see, this car shows a few elements that will debut soon and some that are just thought provoking.

These are probably the best headlights they've had in years.

I've seen an Audi A1 in person and it's very tiny.. And has a market in Europe.. This obviously seems raised and more CUV like

A city car, the next BIG thing in the auto industry, like they said.
I don't believe in it and I'm living in Europe. Far too small, a two-seater, the volume of the trunk: I think that you will have a problem if you go the supermarket. And certainly if there is even a passenger along.
But maybe I'm wrong...

I would not buy it, but I like the concept. I reminds me of a Ford Ka, but much better.
And of course, the tires, which probably will not get in the end result :)

you mean i3. the i8 is a sports car.
I really was thinking i8 as IMO it's a really different but neat design. The i3 isn't quite as acceptable - it's more like the i8's ugly stepsister.

3 years ago we bought an iQ to try and reduce the miles we were running up on our GS. We succeeded beyond our expectations. Granted we're 70 and not running down to the beach with friends to play volleyball but a 'city' car has a real place in our lives and any one who has 2 cars should have this as their second car. If it makes production without getting too much longer than our iQ we'll have to upgrade. Lexus customer for 20 years for all the usual reasons.

I feel like the NX concept was made to create controversy -- the LF-SA looks much more "put together" and well thought out.

This is the charm of the city car -- as I've gotten older, I hate driving sedans and SUVs in the city. I had an iQ for a week last year and it was night/day, absolutely loved it. The Prius C was a similar experience, though much larger than an iQ.

That back end looks like the love child of a Prius and an NX, but it's definitely a head turner! I'm interested to see what kind of stance it has in person though, being super aggressive like that makes it look a little bumped up in the rear. I do think that grill is hypnotizing me though, hah.

Lexus says that it can seat 4 adults, but I highly doubt it
