Is there a way to pop open the hood from the outside? 2013 Lexus ES350?

OK, so here is the scenario: The car (2013 Lexus ES 350) battery is dead, so obviously the key fobs won't work. Also, the manual key in either key fob won't open the door! Therefore I cannot in the car to release the hood latch to pop the hood.

Question: Is there a way to pop open the hood from the outside?

Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

The manual key should always work. You might need to put it in more firmly than usual if it hasn't ever been used before to dislodge any crud that's gotten into the lock, and try all of the doors that have manual locks.
