Turn into a coachbuilder with bespoke & off-the-rack offerings.
Become car-cutters.
So you can purchase one of the more standard offerings, or you can pay them a bunch of money to build you bespoke one-offs including custom badging.
They need to find rich Japanese friends of the Toyoda family to splurge on bespoke large sedan, compact sedan, coupe & SUV for their families.
Turn them into Hero cars.
Designs that Lexus won't replicate for others, with certain masterpiece elements ala hand crafted emblems, grilles, interior elements.
I mean they don't even seem to go that far for Century customers so this is a pipedream, but if you've got all of Toyota padding your bottom line, why wouldn't you reach for the sky?
Oh I mean other than being giant penny-wise pound-foolish.
Akio already did it for him and his friends with a bunch of those GRMN Century's he did.
They need to do that again but properly promote it and build a business off the back.
