HELP! 2018 NX F SPORT - How many miles are too much?

Hey all - I’m going to look at a 2018 NX F Sport later today. Found one within my price range ($24,000) but the F Sport has 117,000 miles on it.

I’ve owned a couple Lexus SUVs in the past and have loved them. Any reason I should be concerned with the mileage if the price is right?

5 service records, no accidents, 1 previous owner.

it’s not certified due to the mileage being over 100k but I think it’s worth it. What do you all think?? Thank you in advance! Anything I should look out for on this NX while reviewing / test driving? Any price experts out there? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Data driven vehicle condition:
What did an Independent Pre Purchase Inspection Yield?
Whats the chassis look like, did it spend any time in the rust belt?


Guesstimation based vehicle condition:
Service records of 5 are interesting, either the owner did alot of service changes outside the dealership (not a bad thing at all) or did only 5 oil changes in a span of 100k miles, or ran 20K OCI, exceeding the liberal 10K oci by Lexus; on a turbo motor.
