My Lexus Enform app and system has been down more than active in 2017.
Due to some poor experiences at the selling dealer, I was eventually granted a year of complimentary service on both of my cars.
With no prior warning, my IS was disconnected over two weeks ago and I'm still struggling to get it reconnected.
Duplicate addresses, complications processing my credit card ("we have to charge you a single month to add the complimentary service" I was told).
After about three months of non- functioning service this past summer, it's stunning how unreliable their service has been.
Anyone else going through these issues?!?
