I've been driving my Lexus RC350 for almost two years and had not had any issues with the CarPlay feature...up until about a month ago. I have an iPhone 14 Pro running the current iOS version and use Spotify as my music app of choice. About a month ago I noticed that when I try to change the volume using either the knob on the center console or the button on the steering wheel, the car automatically changes me from Spotify to Apple Music. It's the strangest thing...just a slight volume change at it changes the app.
I've also been having experiences where the display freezes and I can't get the mouse pad to toggle over to the app choices on the left. I'm not aware of what has changes recently, same car, same phone, same Spotify account.
Has anyone had this issue or any idea how to resolve? Thanks .
