Besides my sporadic Kaizen Factor and Lexus Enthusiast news writings, lately I've been doing some work with the Spanish-language QueAutoCompro.com site, much of which, being Spanish-language video, is about 180 degrees removed from my forté of English-language written journalism. The language part is no big deal for me, since I was born in Cuba and am fluently English/Spanish bilingual. The video part...that's something I'm still not 100% comfortable or confident doing in any language, but I guess it's a good growth and learning experience to sometimes stretch out beyond your comfort zone.
With that preamble out of the way, I was recently sent by them to Colorado for the Kia Telluride press preview and drive. While there, I had the opportunity to interview James Bell, Kia USA's Director of Corporate Communications and Social Media. With his deep knowledge and journalistic background, Mr. Bell proved to be a great interview subject for my nerdy, sometimes incisive questions. Enjoy!
