It's a huge improvement over the current model. Definitely doesn't look as good as a Crown Sport, but looks good for what it is.

GR Sport has some great specs. 320hp is impressive.

The Woodland has a great looking interior, and the slight lift is nice. Not a fan of the front end though. I kinda prefer the look of the Limited over the other two.

I'm curious what the XSE will look like. The two-tone Meteor Shower/black roof sounds nice, and I wish that were available on the LC250. XSE Plug-in in Meteor Shower might be my preference here.

I like all the soft touch Toyota is putting on the door panels and dash. Even Dual-zone climate controls on many of these trims. Goes to show how cheap Toyota is being on a $55k 4Runner ORP.

I think this is the best looking of the bunch (4th picture). Looks like an XSE in Meteor Shower with black roof.

The A25 hybrid system might be only for the first few model years before production of the new 1.5T could ramp up. It already needs significantly reduced output at Euro 6d used by Australia. The FWD HEV has 25kW less compared to USDM and PHEV has 12kW less.

The rear end of the new RAV4 is shaped more like the flatter and boxier 4th gen RAV4 rather than the current 5th gen.

The battery capacity is increased by 40% (18.1kWh->25.3kWh). The WLTP range increased from 95km to 150km (+58%) but the EPA range only increased from 42mi to 50mi (+19%), why? There would be much less criticism of the ES if it launched with this 6th gen PHEV powertrain as a middle option: 350h, 450h+, 550e FSP. It looks increasingly suspicious that the ES lineup is intentionally sabotaged.

30 years ago if you told me I would desire a RAV-4 I would have punched you in the mouth lol
I remember being at an autoshow when the RAV4 was first shown. Young parents were climbing in and around the thing, measuring for car seats. The early models may not have been popular with enthusiasts but certainly popular with young families.
