They did a great job... it's beautiful. T5 seems par for the class, but the T6 seems awesome with the turbo/supercharged motor!

I hope it's BUILT like a scaled-down XC-90. The XC-90, IMO, is arguably Volvo's best American-market product.

It wasn't quite doing it for me in the first pictures (Mike's "harmless" is quite apt), but the front end is actually kinda sexy by Volvo standards. They will indeed sell tons.

Volvo products, though, usually don't sell on looks. Their typical buyer-base tends to be older, automotively conservative, politically liberal, safety-oriented, and often associated with the teaching and college professions. Stereotype, yes......but also a fair amount of truth to it.

Subie jocks, on the average, are probably younger than Volvo owners. A lot of young women tend to like them because of the security they provide in snow and winter conditions.

Okay please job my memory but isn't this a competitor to the Lexus NX? The engine options are the same as the XC 90!!

^Yup. Even VOLVO is offering upmarket engine options... 316 hp or 400 hp. Crazy.
