Awesome! More things for Toyota while Lexus gets nothing! Just concepts!
We couldn't even get this electric LFA. Just a concept version of it. CRAZY. #FireAkioToyoda

Since this is the new Highlander what does that mean for the next generation RX?
I think if Lexus gets a version of this, it won't be for the next RX. It'll be the "TZ" that they trademarked a while back representing an electric model sitting in between the RX and TX.
The RX is not a rebadged Highlander, so whether it still shares a platform with the Highlander or not, this really won't matter for what the next RX becomes look and size wise.

Here it is. Wearing the ES's door handles. Even when it comes to the smallest thing like a door handle, Lexus can't have it to itself.
Overall, this new Highlander looks ridiculous. Just ugly and out of proportion. Kinda hope Lexus doesn't get a version

I don't hate the styling of it but the brick-ish front end vaguely reminds me of the cybertruck idk why.

Also another massive sunroof with zero physical shade or opening function (n)(n)(n)

I'm not a fan of the rear turn signal placement, but that aside, I don't hate it. I like the interior, especially in the light color. Something looks off with the wheel/tire combo. I think it needs larger tires with more sidewall.

It will be interesting to see how well this sells. Aside from the less-known Hyundai Ionic 9 and Kia EV9 twins, I think this is the only practical three-row EV on the market. I'm skeptical that the market exists for this, but I guess if it does flop, there's room for a hybrid powertrain.

Ya know...I'm a little angry that the interior actually looks better than the TX's.
Actually, as a GX owner, it looks nicer than the GX's.
There's just more "detail" and "design" in the dash than Lexus's. Sad. Very sad.
It looks better than the new "flagship" ES...

Grand Highlander interior is nicer than TX.
4Runner interior is nicer than GX.
New RAV4 interior is nicer than NX, though that may change this year.
I assume Highlander interior will be nicer than TZ.

I really don't understand... If Lexus thinks they are being sleek or minimalist, they should know it looks cheap and shitty. Period.

Yes - meant to mention the ES too! Like this is ridiculous. I feel like I am living in the Twilight Zone or something. Truly shocked at what is happening with Lexus right now. I am genuinely hoping one day I wake up to "just kidding! here is a TT V8 LFA, and oh, the LS lives on; here's a new one. and etc. etc. etc."

I actually prefer the GX interior to the 4Runner (and Land Cruiser), but it's not nice enough. I have a Luxury+, and I question what the "+" is. Would it be too much to ask for some two-toned on my dash? I have the Saddle Tan SEATS, but the dash is all gray. Can't get some nicer material on it besides the plastic and vinyl? Some wood accent on the dash? Why do Hyundais have the camera go on when you put the turn signals on to see your blind spot, but a Lexus can't? Why are non-luxury brands getting more standard features and more "design" in their cars than Lexus? Hell, why does my Lexus have one wireless charger when a Hyundai has two and (for some odd reason) a phone sanitizer?
DRIVES ME SOOOOO MAD, Y'ALL

Lexus went from scaring the Germans to being laughed at by them and the Koreans now.

Let me also add, I LOVE my GX. I really do. Great truck overall (minus fuel economy), but I just want MORE for what I am paying for. I mean it's a $90k+ vehicle fully loaded. Give me the perks - the bells and whistles, Lexus.
