Although the changes are quite minor, the Japanese-language edition of the Lexus Global Newsroom has seen fit to post a news release on the 2020 Lexus GS F. Running it through Google Translate, we learn that the standard aluminum wheels now have a matte black finish. The Brembo brake calipers are available in blue as an alternative to the orange option.

Additionally, the Black & Accent White interior has been tweaked to "make the white accent stand out even more". Most importantly, the suspension has been improved. The rigidity of the steering bushing has been increased to provide a more linear steering feel. In addition, the rear toe control arm bracket is now made of die-cast aluminum to reduce weight and increase rigidity.

Although the Lexus USA Newsroom as of this writing has remained silent on the 2020 GS F changes. the Lexus USA consumer site's GS F page confirms that the matte black wheels are standard on 2020 GS Fs (hand-polished wheels are a $600 option). The blue Brembo calipers are a no-cost option for 2020, but there is zero mention of the orange calipers, leading me to believe they are no longer available in the U.S.

The 2020 Lexus GS F will be getting a minor update. According to the Lexus Global Newsroom, the standard aluminum wheels will now have a matte black finish and the Brembo brake callipers are now offered with a blue finish as an alternative to orange.
Additionally, the Black & Accent White interior has been tweaked to “make the white accent stand out even more”. Most importantly, the suspension has been improved. The rigidity of the steering bushing has been increased to provide a more linear steering feel. In addition, the rear toe control arm bracket is now made of die-cast aluminum to reduce weight and increase rigidity.

Interestingly, the GSF did not receive the updates like the RCF. It is still rated at 467 HP, I believe.

why????? why spend money on an old model instead of making other cars (ES350) less cheap inside.
