I don't know about that timeline because we still have 2019 RX allocation that hasn't been built yet and we probably won't see those units until late August or September. We have 2020 NX's in transit already but no 2020 RX allocation as of today.
We already have 2020 NX’s and sold few, the RX built sheet says August

The 2016 MYRX steering wheel is the same for the 2020 Midcyle change from all press photos in the 2020. Unless the LSS v2 changed things expect the same heated wheel. The only vehicles to currently include full heated wheels will be all vehicles based on the updated TGNA platform (LC, LS, ES and UX have the full heating)

What a difference a vehicle makes, this journalist did the GX MY20, and was basically monotone, and this he seemed peppy AF. Standout features seem to be the LSS v2.0 (most upto date at this point) and Touchscreen with AA/CP. This vehicle, the bread and butter of Lexus sales is going to command a premium and sell quite well.

Laser screw welding seems to be a talking point Lexus seems to be going hard on, but will only be able to tell once they become available for TDs.

ChDM 2020 RX/RX-L is available for pre-ordering. The cheapest RX-L is a 450h that sells for over ¥700k ($97,750), mostly due to the ridiculous 25% displacement tax from the 3.5L engine. I think they made a big mistake for not offering the RX300L (which would be at least 30% cheaper for the same trim). That 'L' suffix is an automatic 50% sales boost in China, yet they made the RX-L only available at unattainable prices for most RX shoppers. That's typical Lexus product planning for you.

Lexus USA has announced pricing for the 2020 RX crossover, and it’s a minor increase considering the updated looks and the new inclusion of a new touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, & Android Auto.
The 2020 RX 350 starting price increases $330 USD to $45,175. An RX 350 with all-wheel drive is $1,400 more, at $46,575. The three-row RX 350L is priced from $48,325, or $49,725 with all-wheel drive. Finally, the RX 450h will start at $47,775.
The F SPORT package brings performance dampers and Sport+ drive mode, and starts at $48,975 for front-wheel drive and $50,375 with all-wheel drive. The F SPORT Performance package adds the active variable suspension from the LC, cold air intake, electric power steering, and active sound control, and brings the total to $51,375...

If Chinese buyers want space, won't they just go for the new LM or obviously, the Toyota van counterparts?

Hopefully, they'll be using customer feedback and further testing of android auto on the 2020 RX to accelerate backwards integration to other Lexus models with Enform 2.0 (such as LS and LC models).

whats up with that? Are those L light bars in the press photos only available to those who order the T beam headlights, or is this a regulations thing?

I’m not sure what you’re talking about but the front lights are as shown in Lexus’s website, this is a premium Nav $56k RX that has the 20” premium wheels and still, doesn’t have the right taillights ,
Here is more pictures of this car

And at the end, there was plenty of other things that bothered me on this car that I did not get a chance to take a picture, rear armrest storage deletion, lack of kick sensor on a premium car, oddly designed front and rear bumper details and fake vents, lack of digital odometer as an additional page in MID screen like NX and more, I would highly recommend everyone to visit their local Lexus dealer one of these days to decide these details on their own since I’m too picky and may judge the book by its cover.
