I’ve owned enough early Toyotas and Mazdas to fill a parking lot until I just got tired of buying them. I couldn’t wear them out and got well over 200K on every one of before passing them on to my children and theirs and always had my eye on a Lexus, but had to wait until transportation became less utilititarian and more for leisure to act on it.

Then along came retirement and lo and behold... an immaculately maintained 2005 ES330 happened and I am a Lexus Enthusiast.
