2019 rx350 first gear noise

I just purchased a Rx 350. I also have a 2017 ES 350. When I start from a stop in the RX, there is a much louder noise in first gear than the ES. Is this normal? When it shifts to second, it is much more quiet but the first gear is loud at start.

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I just got a 2016 RX 350, and first gear is loud.. and it jerks into gear when accelerating from a rolling stop. Please let me know if you got any information outside of this forum. Thanks.
