Lexus Takes First Place in Consumer Reports Annual Brand Rankings

For the third straight year, Lexus has been named the top brand in Consumer Reports annual automotive report card — here are the top ten scores:

The rankings are calculated by factoring vehicle road-test scores and predicted reliability — the results also indicate the percentage of models currently recommended by Consumer Reports.

Guess they're sampling short term reliability and not long term if Audi and BMW made it to the top 10. Not at all shocked that Lexus and Toyota rank in the top three.
