Please note, all percentages are calculated by the Daily Sales Rate (DSR), which takes into account the number of days in the month that dealerships could sell cars. March 2021 had 26 selling days, March 2022 had 27 selling days.
Even with every model showing a decrease in sales, there’s not too much wrong with these numbers — the ongoing microchip shortage has drastically reduced vehicle inventory, and there’s simply no accounting for such an event. Like every auto manufacturer, Lexus simply has to weather the storm.
