The new ES hybrid is powered by an all-new 2.5-liter, four-cylinder Atkinson cycle gas engine (A25A-FXS) coupled with a electric motor and an all-new hybrid transaxle. Total system horsepower is rated at a combined 215 total system horsepower and 163 lb.-ft. of torque.
