Lexus Named Top Brand in J.D. Power 2018 Vehicle Dependability Study

“Lexus

For the seventh year in a row, Lexus has been named the top brand in the J.D. Power 2016 Vehicle Dependability Study.

The study examines problems experienced during the past year by owners of 2015 model-year vehicles, and each brand’s overall dependability is determined by the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles (PP100). A lower score reflects higher quality — here are the overall scores:

Along with the overall top ranking, Lexus performed well in the model categories — the CT was the top Small Premium Car, the ES was first in Compact Premium Cars, the GS was first in Midsize Premium Cars, and the RX placed first in Midsize Premium SUVs.

Comments
Also worth noting: NX and GX were among the Top 3 most reliable in their classes (Compact and Midsize Premium SUV, respectively).
So simply
Nothing new
Lexus now mastered the reliability and the dependability

Now the performance and the style need another look

As to styling ... yes, the pendulum has swung far to the left ... but pendulums naturally stabilize over time.
Fantastic work Lexus!!!

Classy response @RAL. I think the same way. While I like their design language, they really refined it with the LC/LS. For sure that they will transfer that into their other great offerings.
