This is in stark contrast to the Lexus car lineup, where the CT, ES, and GS are all showing double digit sales drops. Help is on the way for the ES and GS, as both models will be updated before the end of the year. It’s the CT that’s most concerning, as the market for the hybrid hatchback collapsed in July.
As for the RC, 1,233 sales is in line with Lexus USA’s 15,000 year-end sales goal — if the U.S. does end up bringing the just-announced RC 200t into the region, sales should grow significantly.
