Hard to imagine, but before 2007 Lexus didn’t have a single high-performance model in the lineup. This single image represents the total history of the Lexus F brand: the original IS F, the LFA, and the new RC F.

(Can’t wait to see the GS F lined up with these cars.)

This brings to mind the incredible accomplishment with the successes of the F Sport (and F) lines in just 8 years of existence. Nearly half of 3IS's sold are F Sports and I predict a similar amount with the NX (at least 40%). Good move by Lexus to invest in this and continue to grow these two lines!

I want to see a new IS F. I never thought Lexus could top the 2IS's design but they did, I would love to see the 3IS in the F variant.

The latest IS definitely deserves a proper F- badge with some serious power under its bonnet.
