Lexus is the top ranking brand in the annual Which? Car magazine survey, the biggest reliability and customer satisfaction study in the United Kingdom.
Based on feedback of more than 58,000 cars, Lexus took top spot with an average brand score of 88 percent — 10 points higher than the test average. The brand also received the maximum five stars for reliability and an 87 percent customer score.
(The LS & RX also received top scores in their respective segments, and were awarded Which? Car “best buy” recommendations.)
