Here’s an interesting review of the 2011 Lexus RX 450h in the Pekin Daily Times by Silvio Calabi, who uses the crossover to haul stone and transport garbage to the dump before finally coming to understand the reasons for the vehicle’s success.
He calls the RX 450h “as hushed as the Vatican, as isolated from reality as a senator, and terribly tastefully decorated” and “an ultimate automotive appliance”.
