Flickr Find: Yellow Lexus LFA in the Wild

When photographer (& Flickr user) Gideon Gillard happened upon the yellow Lexus LFA out on the highway during the Pebble Beach Concours, he chased it down and made sure to get some absolutely fantastic photos of the supercar (click for larger images):

I know I can't see the rear of the car but is it customary for cars to drive around without liscense plates?

Is it just me, or does any color fit the LFA as fine as a tailored suit?

@iCyCo: In CA, you need license plates both in the front and the rear. This LFA probably has a special licensing.

Is anyone here attending The Pursuit 2: Prologue at Longo Lexus and The Pursuit 2 at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale?! :D

@WorldofLuxury: oh wow i hope i can make it to Longo but i really don't know about Irwindale. that's pretty far away from Glendale. How much are tickets?

Same here.I'm finding it absolutely impossible to choose a favourite colour for the LFA! What a beauty it is! :-)

The Prologue at Longo Lexus this coming Sunday is free. You go there to MEET THE LFA and get a few benefits for the actual event in October. The actual event in Irwindale simply requires registration to guarantee entry. Too bad the Toyota Speedway dragstrip reservations are sold out... static suspensions are a requirement anyways, whatever that is.

The yellow LFA is starting to grow on me... I still would prefer blue or black, but it would suffice :-D

@WorldofLuxury: That's good to here, i'll definitely be going, i need some new facebook pictures anyways haha. can't wait to see the LFA up close this time to shake hands with its air scoops.
