200 MPH in a Lexus LFA

As part of Motor Trend’s coverage of the Lexus LFA, the supercar was strapped onto a dynometer and pushed to its upper limits:

200.2 MPH is something else, even on a dyno — it’s amazing just how smoothly the LFA ramps up, and judging from the footage, it gets there with hardly any vibration at all.

Does that mean the Lexus can do that on the road or will aerodynamics slow it down?

The LFA allows the driver to program the speedometer to flash green or yellow at certain RPMs: http://lexusenthusiast.com/2009/10/21/full-lexus-lfa-press-release/

Damn thats a extremely smooth and, composed engine. Most cars, even supercars will be vibrating, making all kinds of noises that say "I'm at my limit"
