Lexus Opens First Dealership in Turkey

Lexus officially started sales in Turkey last week with the opening of a showroom in the neighbourhood of Maslak in Istanbul.

The initial lineup will consist of the RX, NX, GS, RC, IS and LS, with a strong emphasis on the new 2.0l turbo engine and hybrid models. Each Lexus sold will include out-of-office hours servicing and support anywhere in Turkey.

Lexus expects to sell 250 vehicles in Turkey this year, and has a 1,000 unit sales goal within 5 years. New showrooms are planned for Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Adana. In addition, Lexus owners will have access to a network of nearly 60 service points across the country.
