Trickle charger on Lexus RX 350h

Just wondering, has anyone installed a trickle charger on their hybrid? Have not been using the vechile so much recently and the cold weather seems to drain the battery really quick. So was trying to find an alternative to keep the battery from dying.

The 12 volt battery? If the 12 volt battery's going dead in less than 2 weeks of the car sitting unused there's likely a parasitic draw issue, regardless of temperature. If you have any aftermarket electrical stuff wired in that would be the first suspect.

If you mean the hybrid battery, I'm not aware of any way to charge it externally on a 350H.
