Any predictions on what we will see this week/weekend? (13th Jan–15th Jan, 2023)

Last year we saw the GR GT3 Concept - Will we see a further completed version this time?

I'm assuming they will debut the Lexus-badged GT3 they were showcasing at the dealer event last year.

FR I'm surprised it didn't make it to the big media sites haha. I saw one media site post it and it got taken down so quick lol. Funny enough there is still one post of it on IG still up.

AE86 H2 Concept (hydrogen-engine vehicle)
By utilizing the knowledge acquired by "making ever-better motorsports-bred cars" as put into practice by TGR and ROOKIE Racing in Japan's Super Taikyu Series, TGR has developed a vehicle that can be driven while enjoying the internal combustion engine's appeal points of sound and vibration. For this, two Toyota Mirai fuel cell electric vehicle high-pressure hydrogen storage tanks are mounted in the rear, and other modifications, including fuel injectors, fuel pipes, and spark plugs, have been kept to the minimum.

AE86 BEV Concept (battery electric vehicle)
Utilizing the electrification technologies cultivated by Lexus, the AE86's body, light weight, and front-rear weight balance were maintained as much as possible, while the robust driving force characteristic of a battery electric vehicle (BEV) and a manual transmission were adopted to develop a vehicle that offers even greater driving pleasure than the original. The vehicle also makes maximum use of the electrification technology of existing commercially sold vehicles, employing a Tundra HEV electric motor, a Prius PHEV battery, and others

They converted a 4A-GE to H2...now they need to convert a 1LR!

The nice thing aboutH2 is without emissions standards to worry about they could just bring back a lot of legacy engines and convert them. I can imagine a special "GR Hydrogen" division dedicated to H2 conversion for legends like AE86, Celica, Supra, MR2, Mark II, Aristo, Soarer. But we know what we really want: a hydrogen LFA.

I like how there's some wild rumour going on in Japan saying Toyota is giving up on Japan, biggest lol I've seen in a while. How about these online journalists direct this message towards Honda and Mitsubishi instead? Lmao.
